The health and well-being is important for all students, taking time out from study, stretching tight back and neck muscles from prolonged sitting, releasing eye tension and promoting wellness . These weekly community group on-line classes are available via Skype and WhatsApp for those studying on-line with SAG-Tutoring, additional support to include: Podcasts and videos.

Benefits are: Reduce neck and back pain from studying, improve sleep through relaxation, meditation and stretching. Complete the on-line PARQ, return and book to join a group.
