BESPOKE TAILORED SCIENCE
Lessons are conducted both working both face-to-face and on-line. Students experience a tailored bespoke curriculum subjects, working at a pace which suits and addresses your particular requirements. Sessions can be tailored for students with SEN (Special educational needs) using a variety of resources and teaching methods to engage the student fully in the tutoring session. Academic coaching is provided to help with exam techniques and revision, organisational and management skills.
EXPLORING SCIENCE – YOUNG LEARNERS

- BENEFITS
- Science can help children of all ages develop key life skills such as an ability to organise, investigate, communicate ideas as well as developing thinking and problem solving skills.
- These are essential skills for early years children, science and problem solving creates opportunities to see things differently.
- Science enables lateral and critical thinking skills, these transferable skills can be embedded into every day experiences and challenges.
Science lessons are delivered both on-line and in-person (UK based) – blended learning – for all students from young learners, to KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4. Lessons are tailored for all students and a variety of teaching methods and resources are used which are fun, interactive, challenging and engaging. For younger learners we investigate and carry out fun experiments.
We cover all areas of science to include: earth science, environment, geography, genetics, astronomy, biology, physics, chemistry
Whether you wish to learn more about science for general interest or you are studying towards exams and wish to extend your knowledge further for academic purposes or have missed valuable school lessons and need extra tuition to catch up.
PRACTICAL FIELD WORK
Lessons can be provided for students studying biolody where they need put their theory and practical skills to use outdoors. Students put their data and mathematical skills to use by gathering information and then analysing their findings of species within a habitat.
If you are an international student seeking specialised tuition in Science contact us for an initial discussion of how we can help you with Science as a foreign language student.
DATA ANALYSIS
Students often struggle with analysing graphs and statistical information. Extra tutoring in data analysis skills are essential for all science subjects. These skills will help the students who are studying biology as well as other GCSE’s maths, business and economics. Students confidence will grow as they learn how to apply their mathematical understanding of interpretation of graphs, charts, flow diagrams necessary in order to achieve good results in their relevant academic subjects.
MATHS

Our maths programme helps develop maths skills and an appreciation of numbers from basics to more complex maths, we cover all areas of the curriculum from shapes, bonds, number bonds, complex shapes, functions, fractions, angles, percentages, ratio, to algebra, graphs and probability and other topics. Maths tuition can be tailored to the student’s needs and abilities using a range of different teaching methods. We deliver at KS1/KS2/KS3 – GCSE to include working towards assessments and examinations and work with all awarding bodies, OCR, AQA, EdExcel, IGCSE.
BIOLOGY
All key stages 2/3/4/5 GCSE, IGCSE and A level human biology. Revision and exam technique – covering key subject areas: cell biology, organisation, infection and response, bioenergetics, homeostasis and response, inheritance, variation and evolution and ecology, biodiversity. Studies also include working scientifically, looking at designing investigations, graphs, processing and presenting data, risk, models and communication.

Lessons involve using a variety of learning interactive resources using video and incorporating art and science, by building muscles from clay to gain a greater understanding of how muscles and joints work.
CHEMISTRY
GCSE revision and exam techniques – Combined science, foundation and higher. Covering all key stages and SATS to GCSE and IGCSE curriculum for AQA, Edexcel and OCR examinations. Chemistry includes, atoms, elements and compounds, atomic structure, periodic table, metals and alloys, chemical change and reactions, organic chemistry and analysis.
PHYSICS
Physics programme is delivered from KS3, years 7-12. We cover subjects such as forces, energy, waves, electricity, magnetism and electromagnetism, particles of matter, atomic structure. We tailor lessons suited to the student’s requirements using a variety of teaching methods and resources together with practice questions, examination revision.
